First time buyers seminar

Well, I've decided to hold a first time buyers seminar Saturday May 5th 2007 from 9-5. The point of this will to allow first time buyers (any and all buyers are encouraged to go, even if they own or have owned in the past) to talk to a loan officer, find out what program the qualify for, how much they can afford and then take that information and look at whats available on the market and setup showing times if you find any homes you maybe interested in. I will be serving light refreshments. Hope to see as many of you there as possible.
